I have been a full-time Realtor for over 21 years now. I specialize in Short Sales, Foreclosures, Investments and Bank Owned properties. (And of course the easier Buying & Selling process of "Normal Sales" : ) I Love what I do and I believe it is my job to learn as much as possible about the ever changing conditions of our challenging real estate climate!
With over $9 million in volume in 2011 and over 675 career closings, I have the willingness and experience necessary to get it done! Whatever that is!
